Our Pastors

From June 1, 2017, and October 28, 2018, Rev. Charles & Rev. Nikki Hightower have been serving, respectively, as the Senior Pastor and a Associate Minister at The Baptist Church of All Nations (Taunton, MA). Previously, they both served at Union Baptist Church (Cambridge, MA)- Rev. Charles as the Associate Pastor to Youth and Young Adults and Rev. Nikki as a Deacon at Union Baptist Church (Cambridge, MA). On September 23, 2012, Union Baptist Church ordained Rev. Charles to the Christian Ministry.  Rev. Nikki was ordained to the Christian ministry by The Baptist Church of All Nations on August 1, 2021.

Rev. Nikki & Rev. Charles have a heart for ministry and serving others. Through biblical preaching, teaching, discipleship, worship, pastoral counseling, and community outreach, Rev. Charles & Rev. Nikki equip the people of God for the work of ministry and build up the body of Jesus Christ as prescribed in Ephesians 4:11-14. Both Rev. Nikki & Rev. Charles are firm believers in the power of the preached gospel to be transformative in the lives of God’s people and the mandate Jesus provided to the church to go make disciples, baptizing them in the name of Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit-teaching them to observe all that Jesus has commanded them (Matthew 28:19-20)

Rev. Nikki & Rev. Charles reside in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. They have been married and partners in ministry since July 4, 1998. Within the United Baptist Convention of MA, RI, NH, Inc. (National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.), Rev. Charles & Rev. Nikki, teach Evangelism, Discipleship, Missions, Deacon’s Ministry, and Theology workshops together. They also facilitate couples’ workshops for sister churches within the denomination. Rev. Nikki & Rev. Charles are both the proud parents of one son (Davion) and two daughters (Azana and Niara), as well as grandparents to four grandchildren.
